Products

We sell original Heymish designs on products such as mugs, aprons, journals, totes, and other crafty goods. Some products may be produced through trusted print-on-demand or fulfilment partners.

Product descriptions, photos, prices, and availability are provided as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and product materials.

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made to order. This means the item is produced after your order is placed.

Because made-to-order production may begin quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend an order.

Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected product under these terms.

Your order is accepted when payment has been received and the order has been confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error with pricing, product availability, payment, shipping information, or suspected misuse of the website.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown on the website in the currency displayed at checkout.

Payment is taken securely through the payment methods available at checkout, including Stripe where applicable. Heymish Handicrafts does not store your full card details.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, delivery estimates, and costs are shown at checkout where available.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, incorrect delivery addresses, supplier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days where required by UK distance-selling rules.

Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery information.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional charges may apply to resend or replace the item.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Our cancellation, return, and refund terms are set out in our Store Policies page.

For most non-personalised online purchases, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item and then return it within a further 14 days.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot usually be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at heymish.handicrafts@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.

We will work with you to arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
