Tell us who the item is for, what they love, what they absolutely do not love, and which product you have in mind. We’ll create a bespoke design made around them — not a generic template with a name dropped on top.

Not just personalised. Individually designed.
We create the overall artwork from your brief — the recipient’s interests, tastes, personality, colours, humour and firm opinions — then bring it together as one cohesive design made uniquely for them.
What we can create
Choose from selected products available through the Heymish shop and Printify catalogue, including drinkware, clothing, bags, desk mats, homeware and accessories.
Not every design suits every product. We’ll help choose an item that works with the person, the artwork and the available print area — because nineteen hobbies rarely fit gracefully onto a teaspoon.
How it works
1. Tell us about the person
Their name, age, favourite colours, interests, style, hobbies, humour and dislikes. The stranger and more specific the details, the better.
2. Choose a product
Pick from our available products, or tell us what kind of item you have in mind and we’ll suggest suitable options.
3. We create the design
We bring the brief together into one cohesive, custom-designed artwork made especially for the recipient.
4. You approve the proof
You’ll receive three different design concepts based on your brief. You’ll choose one concept to take forward, and the price includes one round of changes to that chosen design. A round of changes means one submitted list of adjustments, such as wording, colour, placement or small design details. Further changes, combining elements from multiple concepts, or requesting a new direction will be charged separately. Nothing is sent to production until you approve the final mock-up.
5. We make and send it
Once approved, the order is submitted for production and dispatched directly to you or the recipient.
What the price includes
Every custom order is quoted individually because the product and amount of design work will vary. You’ll receive the full price before any work begins.

A non-refundable design deposit is required before design work begins. The balance and delivery charge are due before the approved item is sent to production.
Concepts, changes and approval
The included round means one submitted list of reasonable adjustments to the concept you choose, such as wording, colour, placement or small design details. Further changes, combining elements from different concepts, or asking for a new direction are separate work and will be quoted before we continue.
Please check all names, dates, spelling and details carefully when approving your proof. Once approved and sent to production, changes cannot be made.
What we will — and won’t — design
Queer, alternative, sweary, sentimental, funny, gothic, colourful, strange, heartfelt and wonderfully specific ideas are all welcome.
We won’t reproduce copyrighted characters, logos or artwork without permission; copy another artist’s design; create hateful, discriminatory or illegal material; or use photographs and images you do not have permission to share.
We may decline a brief that we cannot produce legally, safely or to a standard we’re happy to put our name on.
Turnaround times
Bespoke designs take longer than ready-made products. We’ll give you an estimated design and production timeline when we quote. Busy periods, supplier availability and delivery services may affect the final arrival date.
Tell us the occasion date when you enquire, but please note that an occasion date is not automatically a guaranteed delivery date.
Print and colour
Colours may look slightly different on a finished product than they do on a phone or computer screen. Placement may also vary slightly because each item is individually printed.
Custom-order returns
Custom and personalised items cannot normally be returned or exchanged because you change your mind. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrectly printed, contact us with photographs and we’ll work with the production partner to put it right.
